Apollo Xpert 10 Mountain Bike Red (2018)
Apollo XPERT 10 is an entry level 29” mountain bike, designed for the first time off roader this bike is ideal for riding gentle cross country trails.
The frame is a 29er specific unit made from 6061 aluminium, it features taper wall technology to further reduce weight and increase stiffness in key areas like the headtube and bottom bracket. This gives the bike a stiff and agile feel whilst still being lightweight and efficient for climbing.
The XPERT 10 comes with an alloy suspension fork with 80mm of travel, giving the rider more grip and control when tackling rough terrain. Gearing is courtesy of Shimano and offers the rider smooth, easy shifts through the 21 gears.
Disc brakes offer a significant advantage over conventional rim brakes, as they offer greater power and control as well as not being affected by wet weather and mud. The XPERT 10 comes equipped with mechanical disc brakes from Tektro to provide ample stopping power.
The Apollo XPERT 10 is a great option for a beginner rider to start riding off road, well suited to mild cross country trails and gravel paths.
